The agency emphasized the need for everyone to avoid posting any negative or destructive comments concerning the artist. Jang Je Won, NO:EL's father, was tragically discovered deceased on March 31st in a Seoul officetel. A note found at the scene, presumed to be a suicide letter, contained apologies to his family. Authorities have not found any indications of foul play and are conducting an investigation into the cause of death.

Jang had been facing sexual assault allegations dating back to 2015, despite denying the accusations. The accuser, identified as A, had publicly released a video believed to be crucial evidence. Plans for a press conference scheduled for April 1st were canceled following Jang's sudden death, and the case is likely to be closed due to this development.

NO:EL reassured fans through a chatroom session on the same day, expressing his difficulty in coping but asking for their understanding and support. He mentioned his determination not to be overwhelmed by the opinions of others, given the challenges he has faced at a young age.
