The rising boy group RIIZE is showcasing a series of captivating performances for their fans this week, both on YouTube content and major music shows.
On May 21st at 9 PM KST, RIIZE will be featured in the 'MOVE TO PERFORMANCE' series on Mnet Digital Studio’s M2 YouTube channel. Following this, they will take to the stage on various music shows, presenting their latest title track "Fly Up" on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ (May 22), KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ (May 23), MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ (May 24), and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ (May 25).
The title track "Fly Up" from RIIZE's debut full album is a lively dance number inspired by 1950s rock and roll. The song's vibrant rhythm and harmonious choir emphasize the group’s theme of breaking barriers through music and dance, forming connections with people worldwide.
The performance choreography, developed by renowned choreographer Nick Bass, K-pop choreographer Choi Young Joon, and ChillLit dance crew, merges youthful musical energy with intricate member character moments, dynamic formations, and a distinctive “flying” arm movement that reflects the song's essence.
Alongside "Fly Up," RIIZE will also delight fans with two popular B-sides. They will showcase the energetic dance track ‘Ember to Solar’ on May 22nd and 25th, and the charismatic hip-hop number ‘Bag Bad Back’ on May 23rd and 24th.
RIIZE continues to make waves on both local and global music charts with this comeback. "Fly Up" has reached impressive rankings, including No. 3 on Melon TOP100, No. 1 on HOT100, No. 1 on the real-time chart on Bugs, and No. 1 on the rising chart on VIBE. The album has topped Hanteo’s daily album chart, QQ Music’s digital album sales chart in China with a Platinum certification, and AWA Japan’s real-time rising chart.
