The platform made the official announcement through its channel at 11 AM on April 29th KST, declaring the opening of RIIZE Bubble, which allows direct communication between fans and the RIIZE members in real-time. NCT WISH also launched its Bubble service at 2 PM on the same day, enabling fans to engage in private conversations with each group member.

Dear U. Bubble, established in 2020, facilitates private messaging between artists and their fans, serving as a crucial communication platform for both parties.

RIIZE is gearing up for the release of their first full-length album in May, while NCT WISH recently returned with their second mini-album, 'poppop,' on April 14th.
