VLAST has pursued legal action against those exposing the identity of the PLAVE members and creating harmful posts online. Several culprits have been identified and are currently under police investigation, with VLAST aiming to enforce strict criminal penalties and civil damages.

Additionally, VLAST has documented instances of individuals attempting to stalk or approach PLAVE members in person, emphasizing the detrimental impact on the members' well-being and legal violations incurred. VLAST has obtained evidence, including CCTV footage, to pursue legal action against persistent stalkers, recommending severe criminal punishment, potentially including imprisonment.

The agency stressed the importance of respecting the members' privacy, urging fans not to disclose private information, follow, or photograph them without consent. VLAST expressed gratitude to fans for reporting incidents and promised to uphold the artists' rights and foster a positive fan culture.

In an unrelated update, PLAVE unveiled teaser photos for their upcoming Japanese debut single, 'Hide & Seek,' set for digital release on June 16 JST and physical release on July 9 JST.
