Originally set to take place at the Jakarta International Stadium, the concert was last-minute relocated to GBK Madya Stadium due to a scheduling conflict with a football event.

In their apology shared on May 7, Mecima Pro expressed deep regret for the inconvenience caused by the venue change and resulting concerns. They acknowledged the confusion and disappointment faced by fans and emphasized that the situation was unintentional. The organization promised immediate corrective measures to prevent similar incidents, including consulting with relevant institutions for feedback.
