In the post, she requested that if something were to happen to her, the message be shared publicly. She mentioned specific individuals who had supported her and criticized those who had abandoned her during her difficult times. Kim Sae Ron also clarified details about her sobriety and actions taken after an incident.

Close friends who saw the post hurried to her residence on the same day, preventing any mishap. SBS News disclosed that the three people named by Kim Sae Ron, including two known K-Pop idols and a singer, each provided her with financial assistance. Additionally, actor 'A' and singer/actor 'B' had previously lent her money after her DUI incident in 2022.

Similarly, singer 'C' not only lent money to Kim Sae Ron in 2023 but also supported her family after her demise in May 2024. It was reported that she borrowed money from a non-celebrity acquaintance to cover an apartment deposit and received financial help from her agency for surgery and hospital bills.

After the DUI incident in May 2022, Kim Sae Ron faced significant financial struggles, especially when hit by a 700 million KRW penalty from the production company of the Netflix series 'Bloodhounds'.
