On May 28, K.Will, a popular YouTuber known as Hyungsoo is K.Will, uploaded a video on his channel titled “K.Will’s Solo Trip, which Turned Chaotic When Travelling Abroad,” recounting an unexpected and frustrating experience during his European journey.
The video detailed how K.Will was about to board a flight to Germany from a European airport when he was notified by an airport staff member that he had failed to complete his online check-in. The staff member explained that the online check-in was free but had already closed by then. Therefore, K.Will had to pay €55 (equivalent to around $63.36) right away.
Caught off guard by the situation, K.Will realized he had missed the deadline notification. The fee, amounting to approximately 87,000 KRW (roughly $63.36), seemed exorbitant for a basic check-in service.
Following the payment, he approached the customer service desk seeking additional clarification. However, the consultation did not proceed smoothly. The staff member avoided eye contact and engaged in conversation with a colleague instead. Eventually, the representative even left the desk, leaving K.Will waiting impatiently.
After a five-minute delay, K.Will finally managed to speak with the representative, but the explanation remained unchanged. The staff member simply reiterated the airport's policy of charging a fee for airport check-in. Feeling irritated and puzzled, K.Will expressed suspicion about the entire ordeal as he continued his journey to Germany.
This incident was not the first time K.Will encountered travel-related issues. He had previously shared an incident involving a vanishing flight ticket, where a ticket disappeared after he had paid for it through a travel platform.
Additionally, Kim Jong Kook was mentioned to have cautioned Choo Sung Hoon about wearing ostentatious jewelry while in Los Angeles.
