During an appearance on MBC FM4U’s ‘Noon’s Hope Song with Kim Shin Young’ on May 7, HyunA shared insights into her current fitness regimen. With her comeback on the horizon, she disclosed that exercising has become a priority for her. HyunA mentioned that she dedicates an hour each day to working out with her trainer and follows it up with a six-hour walk. She expressed appreciation for the variety of running shoes available nowadays.

HyunA candidly admitted that she finds leg workouts challenging, particularly disliking squat machines because they make her feel queasy. When asked about her eating habits during workouts, HyunA revealed that she is trying to shed some weight and therefore eats minimally while focusing on exercising.

While recalling her past art exhibition, HyunA noted that her interests are evolving to encompass new pursuits. She expressed a desire to engage in activities like creating music, hiking, and running marathons. Despite previously enjoying leisurely activities, she now feels more driven and motivated.
