Recently, on May 14, Hyoyeon gave updates on her personal social media account, sharing her current exercise regimen. In the photos and videos she posted, she is shown working out on Pilates equipment, dressed in a black bra top and leggings with her platinum blonde hair tied up. She appears focused and composed while performing her exercises.

Hyoyeon exhibited her toned physique and exceptional balance as she effortlessly executed challenging workout moves, earning praise from fans.
