Actor So Ji Sub has kicked off the new year on a high note by being named as the inaugural public relations ambassador for the Korea Travel Expo (KTE).
In a statement released on the 17th, the organizing committee of the premier Korea Travel Expo declared, "We are thrilled to appoint actor So Ji Sub, a proud representative of the Republic of Korea, as the public relations ambassador for this noteworthy event."

Encompassing a diverse array of exhibitions and engaging programs, the expo will provide attendees with a chance to immerse themselves in both the ancient traditions and contemporary allure of Korea. So Ji Sub is slated to participate in exclusive events during the expo, actively championing Korean tourism and interacting with Taiwanese guests—a prospect that is sparking considerable interest.
Echoing these sentiments, an official from the Korea Travel Expo Organizing Committee shared, "So Ji Sub's involvement is poised to be a game-changer in ensuring the triumph of the Korea Travel Expo. His amiable persona and expansive global following are bound to significantly amplify the allure of Korean tourism."
