Travis Scott Eyeing Collaborations with Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter
Travis Scott, known for his boundary-pushing creativity, has his sights set on potential collaborations with two of pop's leading ladies.
In an exclusive interview with Billboard, the "Sicko Mode" artist shared his keen interest in working with Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter, teasing some exciting concepts he's brewing up.
"I've got this band Khruangbin that I'm eyeing to collaborate with. It may sound wild, but having Taylor Swift or Sabrina Carpenter on a track could be fire," Scott enthusiastically revealed. "I've got some wicked thoughts brewing."
Both Swift and Carpenter have been ruling the charts, recently surpassing Scott's 10-year-old Days Before Rodeo with Carpenter's latest album, Short n' Sweet.
Dismissive of any competition, Scott casually remarked, "Charts are just numbers. Her album's dope. Days Before Rodeo is a decade old. It all fits together."
Acknowledging the support from his fans, Scott also expressed gratitude amidst the challenges he has faced, notably the tragic Astroworld Festival incident in 2021 that claimed ten lives.
Emphasizing his dedication to his art and supporters, the 33-year-old artist declared, "I cherish my fans and appreciate them, but I am continuously striving to prove my purpose, values, and artistry, especially through my live performances."
Although Scott encountered legal issues in 2024 with two arrests, which were later resolved without charges, his focus remains unwavering on his music and the path ahead, showcasing a relentless commitment to his craft.
