SHINee’s Key and his mom share heartwarming tale on ‘You Quiz on the Block’

In an upcoming episode of tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ airing on February 12th KST, SHINee’s Key (Kim Kibum) and his mother, Kim Sun Hee, will take viewers on an emotional journey together.

After 37 dedicated years as a nurse, Key’s mother, Kim Sun Hee, has finally retired and will reveal her meticulously maintained parenting journal that documents her experiences since the day Key was born. Through her soul-stirring entries, she intends to show her son how deeply he has always been cherished and offer him strength through those cherished memories. The program will delve into unseen childhood snapshots and a heartfelt letter penned by young Kibum, heightening the sentimental value of their story.

On top of exploring the heartwarming aspects, the show will also shed light on the family’s struggles, such as Kim Sun Hee’s multiple cardiac surgeries, and the obstacles they conquered side by side, always finding solace in each other.
