Zero Base One's Gyubin and Toos' Dohoon have been selected as the new MCs for MBC's 'Show! Music Core,' following the departure of The Boyz's Young Hoon, ENHYPEN's Sunghoon, and actor Lee Jeong Ha on the 15th. According to a report by Ilgan Sports on the 10th, Gyubin and Dohoon will be joining as the 24th MCs of 'Show! Music Core.' A female MC from SM Entertainment's upcoming rookie group, Hats Two Hearts, will also join on the 24th. The trio is set to host the show starting from March.

Gyubin gained recognition for his hosting skills when he served as a special MC for 'Show! Music Core' for five weeks last August. He recently expressed his affection for the show by setting a photo taken with The Boyz's Young Hoon and Lee Jeong Ha as his background during a live broadcast. With Zero Base One members Sunghoon and Hanyujin already actively hosting on Mnet's 'M Countdown' and SBS's 'Inkigayo,' expectations are high for Gyubin's performance on 'Show! Music Core.'

Dohoon, who debuted with Toos in January last year, showcased his hosting abilities as an MC for the '2024 MBC Song Festival WANNABE' that aired on the 29th and 30th of last month. Being selected as an MC for the song festival in his debut year is a notable achievement for Dohoon. Additionally, Dohoon impressed viewers with his stable hosting skills as a special MC for 'Show! Music Core' in February and July.

One member of SM Entertainment's rookie girl group Hats Two Hearts will also join as an MC on 'Show! Music Core.' It is unusual for Hats Two Hearts, who will release their debut single 'The Chase' on the 24th and make their debut in the music industry, to secure an MC position before their debut.
