Koo Jun Yup, popular singer and DJ, arrived in Taiwan with the ashes of his late wife, Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, and didn't hold back in criticizing her ex-husband, businessman Wang Xiaofei.

In a heartfelt statement on February 2, Koo Jun Yup expressed his deep sorrow over the loss, stating, "My angel has ascended to the heavens, leaving me in unbearable grief and pain that words cannot describe."

Pointing fingers directly at Wang Xiaofei, he condemned the attacks on his family amidst their mourning, calling out those who exploited the tragedy for personal gains. Specifically, he denounced the spreading of false narratives aimed at tarnishing their family's reputation.

Wang Xiaofei's actions, such as being seen walking in the rain without an umbrella upon learning of Hsu's passing, and rumors surrounding financial matters, were discredited as untrue.

Tragically, Barbie Hsu passed away on February 2 due to pneumonia, leaving behind an estate estimated to be worth approximately $82.65 million.

In light of speculations surrounding Hsu's inheritance, Koo Jun Yup emphasized that he has no interest in her assets and will ensure they are rightfully passed down to their children under the guardianship of his mother-in-law. He assured that legal measures will be taken to protect their rights until they come of age.

Upon their arrival in Taiwan on a private jet from Japan, Koo Jun Yup and Hsu's family chose to keep their return low-key, eschewing a public farewell ceremony to maintain the serenity and privacy of her final moments. Koo Jun Yup's emotional disposition was visible as he held Hsu's pink cremation urn, shielded by an umbrella to preserve her dignity.

The touching gesture and the emotional saga surrounding Barbie Hsu's passing have captivated the hearts of many, shedding light on the complexities of loss and the enduring love between Koo Jun Yup and his late wife.
