In a legal battle set to shake the entertainment world, Viacom International Inc. has taken legal action against Zeus Network and Nick Cannon for allegedly copying the iconic show "Wild’ N Out" with their production "Bad vs. Wild."

The lawsuit alleges that Zeus Network's Bad vs. Wild is not just a mere imitation, but a clear replication of the beloved Hip-Hop improvisational comedy show, complete with identical set design, format, and with Nick Cannon as the host.

Viacom claims that Zeus knowingly infringed on its copyrights by replicating essential elements of Wild’ N Out in developing Bad vs. Wild. The lawsuit points out the striking similarities between the two shows, including rival teams, live audience participation, celebrity guest appearances, DJ-integrated scoring, and championship prizes that are synonymous with Wild’ N Out.

Adding fuel to the fire is Nick Cannon's alleged breach of contract with Viacom by hosting Bad vs. Wild, a move that Viacom sees as a direct violation of their agreement.

Not stopping there, Viacom accuses Zeus of damaging Wild’ N Out's reputation by showcasing controversial content that deviates from the original show's light-hearted humor, including racial and gender stereotypes and glorification of violence.

The lawsuit seeks to halt production and distribution of Bad vs. Wild, as well as financial damages and reimbursement of legal fees. Viacom is determined to protect its intellectual property and ensure that justice is served in this high-profile case.
