Jellyfish Entertainment announced on VERIVERY's official platform on May 9 KST that due to undisclosed personal schedules, members Dongheon, Gyehyeon, and Kangmin will temporarily pause their involvement in VERIVERY activities starting May 11. The sudden news may cause concerns for fans, known as VERRER, and the agency asks for their understanding during this time. It is requested that fans continue to show love and support for VERIVERY.

Reports indicate that Dongheon, Gyehyeon, and Kangmin are set to appear on the upcoming Mnet boy group audition program, 'Boys II Planet', making it VERIVERY's second participation in a survival show following 'Road To Kingdom' in 2020.

Additionally, VERIVERY's leader Dongheon completed his mandatory military service duty two months ago after enlisting as an active duty soldier in August of 2023, while the other members have been engaged in various group and individual activities.

Scheduled for a premiere in the second half of 2025, 'Boys II Planet' is a follow-up to the 2023 boy group audition 'Boys Planet' on Mnet.
