She personally financed the gifts, with an estimated cost of 30 million KRW ($21,000), as a token of appreciation for the hard work of the crew.

Accompanying the thoughtful present was a heartfelt letter from Yoona, expressing her wish to alleviate their fatigue and complete the project together in good health. She signed off with her name and the character she portrays, Youn Ji Young, demonstrating her affection for both the team and the production.

Directed by Jang Tae Yoo, known for works like ‘My Love From the Star’ and ‘Lovers of the Red Sky’, the series follows the story of Youn Ji Young, a French chef transported back in time to the palace of a tyrannical yet gourmet king in Joseon after winning a cooking competition in Paris.
