These companies reportedly received various benefits directly or indirectly from the Trump administration, such as the resolution of legal issues, profitable business collaborations, involvement in Trump’s Crypto Summit, and more.

The crypto industry heavily supported Trump’s Inauguration, with notable firms making substantial donations. The President, known for his promise of more favorable regulations during his campaign, was dubbed the “Crypto President,” and his Inauguration featured a dedicated “Crypto Ball.”

Following Trump's assumption of office, several donors like Coinbase, Kraken, Ripple, and others had regulatory investigations against them either closed or settled. Although the shift in the SEC's crypto enforcement policies might have influenced these outcomes, the positive relationship with the President possibly expedited these matters.

Various donors purportedly benefited further from their contributions. Circle stated that Trump's Presidency facilitated their IPO, while Galaxy Digital received SEC approval for a significant restructuring, essential for a NASDAQ listing. Some donors, including Crypto.com and ONDO, reportedly secured direct financial partnerships with Trump-associated enterprises.

Several companies that donated to Trump’s Inauguration, like Ripple, expressed optimistic predictions for the crypto market under his administration. These contributions seemed to yield advantages, with XRP, Solana, and Cardano unexpectedly included in the US Crypto Reserve announcement.

Although many donors received significant benefits, there have been allegations of corruption in Trump's crypto associations. While not all of these claims are substantiated, the cryptocurrency industry has witnessed notable transformations under the new leadership, both positive and negative.
