Singer Brian recently disclosed that his newly constructed 990-square-meter house comprises not just one but three laundry rooms. During an episode of Channel A’s Four Seats: The Best Friends Docu-mentary on April 21, artist Solbi hosted her pals Lee Min Woo, Brian, and Kwon Hyuk Soo at her house.

Brian, anticipating the move to his new residence, described it as resembling a resort, prompting Lee Min Woo's astonishment as he compared the 19-pyeong swimming pool to those typically found in American homes.

In his quest to recreate a resort-like ambiance at home due to his aversion to traveling abroad, Brian shared with Kwon Hyuk Soo his fear of flying as the reason why he avoids vacations.

Brian expressed his intention of welcoming friends once the house is finished, even suggesting Kwon Hyuk Soo arrive early to assist with preparations, given his skill with cleaning. Lee Min Woo jokingly remarked about making a mess at the party, while Brian mentioned plans to hire a cleaning service post-event, admitting that if the place is already clean, there's no need for daily cleaning.

Brian highlighted the convenience of using robot pool cleaners and lawn mowers for maintaining his expansive lawn and pool. In a surprising revelation later on, he disclosed having a laundry room on each floor of the house, including a guest laundry on the first floor and another in the basement, in addition to his personal laundry room on the second floor.

Prompted by Solbi's inquiry about the necessity of guest laundry rooms, Brian explained that they would be useful for accommodating his visiting family from the U.S.
