BTS member J-Hope is currently engaging with his fans in Japan as he embarks on his concert series named 'Hope on the Street in Japan'. His tour has gained significant attention, even making headlines in well-known local newspapers.
Recently, on April 21, J-Hope excited fans by posting pictures from the concert venue on his social media accounts. One of the pictures that stood out featured Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi.
The two were seen posing casually in white shirts and knits, prompting enthusiastic reactions from fans who commented on the genuine bond between them. Their friendship traces back to 2018, when BTS performed the theme song 'Don’t Leave Me' for the Japanese version of the drama 'Signal', in which Sakaguchi was one of the stars. Since then, Sakaguchi has been a regular attendee at BTS concerts and fan events, showcasing their lasting friendship of over seven years.
J-Hope initiated his 'Hope on the Street' world tour earlier this year with a show in Seoul. Following successful performances that attracted around 178,000 fans across six cities in North America, he is now progressing through the Asian segment of the tour. His upcoming shows include a performance at Kyocera Dome in Osaka on May 31 and June 1.
J-Hope wholeheartedly delivers each performance with passion, and his enduring relationships with friends like Sakaguchi continue to touch and motivate fans globally.
