Actors Kim Da Mi and Son Suk Ku are set to star in a mystery thriller series. The Disney+ original series titled 'Nine Puzzle', created by Lee Eun Mi and directed by Yoon Jong Bin, will begin streaming on May 21.
'Nine Puzzle' delves into a gripping storyline that revolves around a profiler with a past of being accused of murder and a detective specializing in violent crimes as they work together to unravel the secrets surrounding a new series of serial killings.
The release of the official poster for the series has added to the anticipation, portraying the events of a decade-old incident. The poster, designed by artist Yeonyeo-in in a style reminiscent of a crime novel cover, emanates a chilling and enigmatic aura.
The poster's striking contrast of red accents against a predominantly black-and-white scheme, with a red rope and glowing red light hinting at crucial details of "that day," piques interest. The production team shared insights into the characters, highlighting the complex dynamic between Lee Na (Kim Da Mi), a witness with lost memories, and Han Saem (Son Suk Ku), a detective suspicious of her, now collaborating as a profiler and a detective.
'Nine Puzzle' will consist of 11 episodes, with six premiering on May 21, followed by three on May 28, and the final two on June 4.
