Dreamcatcher's recently launched unit, UAU (You Are You), has officially kicked off its debut preparations. The trio is composed of Ji U, Su A, and Yoohyeon, selected to form the acronym UAU. The group's initial performance as the fresh Dreamcatcher unit will be at the '2025 Weverse Con Festival' scheduled from May 31 to June 1.

In another development, Handong, Dami, and Gahyun, who were previously members of Dreamcatcher, recently left Dreamcatcher Company after the conclusion of their exclusive contracts. They assured they would maintain their connection with the agency for Dreamcatcher-related activities but are looking to explore individual opportunities. Consequently, Dreamcatcher Company disclosed its strategy for Ji U, Su A, and Yoohyeon to handle unit promotions in 2025, along with Siyeon's participation in a band project.
