On April 15, One Hundred Label released a statement addressing the ongoing legal actions in response to false rumors and malicious online posts targeting Sunwoo, a member of The Boyz.

The agency mentioned that they have been gathering evidence from internal monitoring and fan reports on various platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), DC Inside, and Theqoo. These pieces of evidence include defamatory content and malicious comments directed towards Sunwoo.

Basing their actions on the collected evidence, One Hundred Label officially filed a complaint at the Gwangjin Police Station on April 15, pressing charges for defamation and the dissemination of false information.

The label emphasized their continuous monitoring of harmful content aimed at their artists and highlighted their unwavering stance on responding with strong legal actions, ruling out any compromises or leniency.
