Actress Hwang Jung Eum is going all out to celebrate her son's birthday at her lavish home worth 4.6 billion KRW (approximately $3.54 million).

On the recent episode of the reality show Because I'm Solo on SBS Plus and E Channel, Hwang transformed her extravagant residence into a festive venue for her second son Kang-sik's third birthday party. She warmly welcomed Kang-sik's kindergarten friends and their parents to the celebration, ensuring a joyful and loving home party.

Expressing her desire to make Kang-sik feel like the happiest child on his special day, Hwang shared, "I went all out to make it really special.”

To enhance the party’s charm, Hwang's mother prepared a delightful spread of homemade Korean delicacies, such as japchae, braised short ribs, sorghum red bean rice cake, and traditional miyeokguk (seaweed soup), all made with care.

Hwang enlisted the help of her longtime friend and fellow celebrity Sa Gang, who had valuable insights into party planning due to her experience living in the U.S. and could assist with cultural differences for Kang-sik's American classmate.

During their time together, Sa Gang opened up about a challenging experience she had earlier in the year, speaking about her surgery following abnormal bleeding. Hwang offered her sincere support, emphasizing the importance of early detection and treatment and wishing for Sa Gang's continued health and happiness.

The episode premiered at 8:40 p.m. KST on SBS Plus and E Channel.
