This event will mark Rowoon's return to the fan meeting scene after his previous gathering titled 'That Year, After Winter' just five months ago in December. Due to the immense support from fans, 'Before Blooming' was promptly organized to provide a heartwarming and unforgettable experience for both Rowoon and his fan base, ROming.
