It was recently verified that SHINee's Minho has acquired Tierra House, a luxurious residence in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, from actor Ha Jung Woo for approximately 5 billion KRW (around 3.5 million USD).

According to a report by News1 on April 15 KST, the deal was finalized in May of the previous year, with the official transfer of ownership being completed by August.

Tierra House is an upscale apartment building with only 15 units, offering a private floor plan for each unit with a unique space of about 244.91㎡ (roughly 2,636 sq ft) and a total area of 304.48㎡. Situated at the southern tip of Hannam Bridge, the property provides stunning views of the Han River and includes five bedrooms, including a walk-in closet, and three bathrooms.

There was no mortgage recorded for the property, indicating that the purchase was made entirely in cash.

Ha Jung Woo initially bought the residence in 2013 for 2.7 billion KRW (approximately 1.9 million USD), indicating he likely made a profit of about 2.3 billion KRW (around 1.62 million USD) from the deal.

A source within the industry stated, “It is probable that Ha Jung Woo used the proceeds from this sale to settle the outstanding balance on his residence at 'Upper House Namsan' in Yongsan District last year”.
