In Lucerne, Switzerland, UBS shareholders have reelected Colm Kelleher as Chairman with 90% of votes, which is slightly less than the 96% he received in 2024. The approval rating for Vice Chairman Lukas Gaehwiler also decreased, with 89.5% support in 2025 compared to 98.6% in 2024. Additionally, at the bank's Annual General Meeting on Thursday, two new board members were appointed by UBS shareholders: Renata Jungo Bruengger received 78% of votes and Lila Tretikov received 99.4% of votes.
