HSBC has officially named Richard Blackburn as the group's chief risk and compliance officer. Blackburn has been working at HSBC for more than two decades and has been serving in this interim role since January. In addition, he will be a member of the Group Operating Committee, the highest-level executive decision-making body in the bank, led by CEO Georges Elhedery.
