Young Scooter's recent Atlanta funeral was a heartfelt tribute to the late rapper, who tragically passed away on his 39th birthday. The service took place at St. Philip AME Church and saw a large gathering of mourners dressed in green, a color associated with Scooter. The event featured symbolic gestures like the release of white doves. The rapper, known by his real name Kenneth Edward Bailey, suffered a fatal leg wound while fleeing from the police after a false 911 call. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to blood loss from the injury. The incident was later revealed to be a hoax, leading to the arrest of Demetria Spence for transmitting a false public alarm. Scooter will be laid to rest in his hometown of Walterboro, South Carolina.
