Cha Eun Woo and Kang Ha Neul to headline upcoming film ‘First Ride’

Cha Eun Woo is preparing for his debut as a lead actor in the film 'First Ride' alongside Kang Ha Neul, according to an official announcement by his agency, Fantagio, on April 3rd. Directed by Nam Dae Jung, known for his work on 'Love Reset,' the movie depicts the story of four friends in their thirties going on an adventurous international trip. The film is a mix of comedy, action scenes, and engaging villains, creating anticipation among audiences.

Kang Ha Neul, who collaborated with director Nam Dae Jung before, signed up for 'First Ride' a year ago, showing faith in the director. Joining them are Cha Eun Woo, Kim Young Kwang, Kang Young Seok, and Han Sunhwa. Principal photography commenced on March 28th.

This project marks Cha Eun Woo’s first lead role in a movie, a shift from his previous brief appearances. As the film emphasizes the bond between the four main characters, fans are eager to see how Cha Eun Woo will deliver in this significant role.
