Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's company EP Group announced that the acquisition of International Distribution Services, the owner of Royal Mail, has fulfilled all regulatory requirements. The offer is anticipated to be declared unconditional by April 30th.

The British government authorized the 3.57-billion-pound ($4.58 billion) transaction in December 2024, with expectations for it to conclude in the first quarter of this year. However, in March, EP Group indicated that the deal could face delays due to regulatory matters in Romania.
