On April 3rd, a court hearing took place to address the primary lawsuit linked to the contract dispute between NJZ and ADOR. This hearing involved the first verbal arguments presented by both parties, with NJZ and ADOR delivering their opening statements in court. The trial's objective is to validate NJZ's exclusive contract with ADOR.

NJZ's representative contended that they could not honor the original contract with ADOR because the agency had undergone significant changes in management since the contract's inception. NJZ's legal counsel expressed that the numerous reasons for termination specified were substantial grounds for ending the contract. Furthermore, they argued that the trust between NJZ and ADOR could not be reinstated, considering the complete overhaul in management under HYBE's new direction.

In response, ADOR argued against NJZ's claims, stating that NJZ's arguments were contradictory. ADOR pointed out that as a subsidiary of HYBE, they had the resources to find another producer and support NJZ. They highlighted NJZ's successful independent organization of the Hong Kong concert without Min Hee Jin's involvement, indicating that NJZ's stance that only Min Hee Jin could achieve such feats contradicted their actual capabilities.

When questioned about the possibility of a settlement, ADOR expressed willingness to negotiate, whereas NJZ mentioned that a settlement was not feasible due to the members' emotional well-being.
