In February, 50 Cent hinted that Lil Meech needed assistance. Recently, 50 Cent has launched a social media attack targeting Lil Meech, Rick Ross, and Floyd Mayweather simultaneously. Through a series of now-deleted Instagram posts, 50 Cent ridiculed Mayweather and Ross for their connection to Lil Meech, implying Lil Meech was struggling with substance abuse. The posts included images of Lil Meech in a wheelchair without context, suggesting drug addiction. He even included Amy Winehouse's song "Rehab" in reference to her struggles with addiction. In another post, 50 Cent accused Mayweather and Ross of using Lil Meech for clout, highlighting their involvement in the ongoing dispute with Big Meech. Earlier this year, 50 Cent disclosed that he had sent Lil Meech to rehab after observing signs of substance use, revealing tensions with Lil Meech's father, the Black Mafia Family founder, Demetrius Flenory. The actor, Russell Hornsby, who portrays Charles Flenory in the BMF series alongside Lil Meech, also expressed concerns about Lil Meech's behavior.
