During HYBE's annual general shareholders' meeting in Seoul on March 31, CEO Lee Jae Sang discussed that the BTS members are expected to finish their military service by the first half of the year. He mentioned that the group will require time for preparation and production before they resume their activities.
Lee explained that they are in talks with top composers for future projects, but the BTS members themselves need time for planning and readiness. Given BTS's status as global top artists, they are actively engaging in discussions about their vision for the future and planning their upcoming phase.
All BTS members are anticipated to complete their military service by June. RM and V, who are serving as active-duty soldiers, will be discharged on June 10, followed by Jimin and Jungkook on June 11. SUGA, who is serving as a social worker, will finish his service on June 22.
Jin and J-Hope, who completed their military service last year, have been pursuing solo endeavors. Jin will feature in the Netflix show 'Kian’s Bizarre B&B,' set to premiere on April 8. Meanwhile, J-Hope recently released his digital single 'Sweet Dreams' on March 7.
Additionally, BTS has revealed a teaser poster for '7 Moments.'
