In Hanoi, the Trump Organization and its partner in Vietnam are collaborating on several investments worth billions of dollars in golf courses, hotels, and real estate projects in the country. Despite potential U.S. tariffs on Vietnam due to its significant trade surplus with the United States, the family business of President Donald Trump is pushing forward with its plans. Vietnam has committed to addressing the trade gap by boosting imports from the U.S., reducing duties, and welcoming Elon Musk's Starlink to offer satellite internet services in the country. The Trump Organization and its partner aim to kick off a multi-billion-dollar project in Vietnam, with construction scheduled to begin in May. This project, including three golf courses and a residential complex near Hanoi, is set to be the largest in East Asia for the Trump Organization. An additional project near Ho Chi Minh City is also being considered, with details to be finalized by the end of the year.
