CoreWeave, a cloud computing company supported by Nvidia, announced on Thursday that it set the price for its initial public offering at $40 per share, which is lower than the previously anticipated range of $47 to $55 per share. The number of shares offered in the IPO was also decreased to approximately 37.5 million shares from the initial plan to sell 49 million shares by CoreWeave and existing investors.
