Key Amazon productions for Prime Video under her leadership have included projects like "The Rings of Power," "Fallout," "Reacher," "Nickel Boys," and "The Idea of You." Despite initial doubts from the film industry due to her television background, Salke has played a significant role in Amazon's growth in the entertainment sector.

Following Amazon's acquisition of MGM Studios in 2022, Salke's departure will not be filled with a new appointment. Instead, the film and TV divisions will now report directly to Mike Hopkins, streamlining the leadership structure.
