/Article

CoreWeave, a cloud services company backed by Nvidia, is adjusting its U.S. initial public offering plans by reducing the number of shares to 37.5 million and pricing them at $40 each, significantly below the initial range of $47 to $55. This change comes as a disappointment as the company was expected to have a major listing this year. The revised IPO is estimated to raise up to $1.5 billion.
