UK's Warehouse REIT stated that they may consider endorsing Blackstone's final cash takeover offer of 489 million pounds if the asset manager presents a firm bid. The proposal of 115 pence per share is currently being evaluated, marking a 4% increase from the previous offer from Blackstone and Sixth Street Partners. Sixth Street Partners has opted out of making an offer for the company. The current bid, which includes a dividend payout, is 39.6% higher than Warehouse REIT's stock price just before the initial bid. Despite multiple improved offers from the consortium, Warehouse REIT turned them down.
