Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR, is planning to appeal against the labor office's fine amidst allegations of workplace harassment. The Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office found Min Hee Jin guilty of exceeding appropriate workplace interactions with an employee, causing physical and psychological distress, thus worsening the working environment. The office stated that Min Hee Jin's conduct towards an executive who had been accused of harassment and bullying could have contributed to a hostile work environment. Despite this ruling, Min Hee Jin's representatives mentioned that they believe the facts of the case were misinterpreted and legal principles misunderstood. They intend to appeal the decision by submitting their position to the administrative office. Concurrently, Min Hee Jin is also involved in a legal battle with the employee who filed a lawsuit for defamation and violations of the Personal Information Protection Act. The court has requested both parties to present their arguments regarding the evidence, with the next hearing scheduled for May 26.
