It has been reported that ADOR, a HYBE subsidiary, dispatched staff to Hong Kong to show support for the NewJeans members in light of the court's decision on the injunction. However, the team was unable to meet with the members in person.

Despite the court's acceptance of the injunction to maintain the agency's status and restrict advertising contracts against the five members on March 21st, NewJeans managed to perform at ComplexCon in Hong Kong on the scheduled date. This event marked the first official appearance that NewJeans undertook without involvement from ADOR. The members expressed that they chose to participate in the performance to avoid disappointing their fans and staff who were eagerly anticipating the show.

In response, ADOR assured that they would take responsibility for supporting the artists in the future, emphasizing their legal standing as the agency for New Jeans. They aimed to ensure a successful performance at ComplexCon under the NewJeans name. However, the ADOR staff designated to assist at the event did not have a chance to meet with the members on-site.

Following their performance and the release of a new song, New Jeans acknowledged that their show might be their last for the time being due to the court's decision. They cited the need to respect the legal proceedings and announced a temporary halt to their activities.

Consequently, ADOR expressed disappointment over New Jeans' decision to proceed with performances under a different name and unilaterally announce the suspension of activities. They reiterated their commitment to supporting NewJeans based on their existing exclusive contract and expressed a desire to engage with the artists soon to plan their future endeavors.

On the afternoon of the following day, NewJeans returned to Korea via Incheon Airport after concluding their concert in Hong Kong.
