Quez 2RR is in serious trouble for bringing a stolen machine gun into a hospital maternity ward, leading to federal charges.

The rapper, legally known as Terrell Monquez Searcy, got into trouble after illegally hiding a modified Glock Model 17 handgun in Piedmont Walton Hospital in Georgia on August 17, 2023.

Hospital authorities discovered the gun, which had been altered to function as a machine gun, and alerted law enforcement. The firearm was traced back to a theft in Walton County.

Federal agents confirmed the gun could operate fully automatic. Investigations revealed that Quez 2RR had displayed firearms on his social media and in music videos, including the modified Glock.

After being indicted in August 2024 for possessing an illegal machine gun, it was disclosed that there were incriminating messages between Quez 2RR and a police officer leaking confidential information. A search of his residence in February 2025 led to the discovery of additional firearms linked to serious crimes.

Facing strong evidence, Quez 2RR pleaded guilty to illegal possession of a machine gun. Sentencing is set for June 4, 2025, and due to federal law, he may face a lengthy prison term with no option for parole.
