Amid the challenges faced by NJZ (NewJeans), a new controversy is surfacing involving the well-known NJZ superfan "talytokki." Previously, talytokki had been involved in spreading hate and plagiarism accusations against various groups like BTS, LE SSERAFIM, and ILLIT. The user had made several posts criticizing LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT for allegedly copying NJZ and had also made defamatory remarks about BTS.

Known for participating in negative campaigns against multiple groups, talytokki sparked a fresh controversy with recent posts. This time, talytokki disclosed what seems to be a personal relationship with NJZ members Hanni and Danielle by sharing a picture of them together and private messages exchanged between the three. Notably, talytokki's posts received approval from Min Hee Jin and Danielle's sister Olivia Marsh, suggesting a connection.

Following the revelation of her friendship with NJZ members, talytokki faced criticism from both Korean and international circles, prompting her to restrict access to her account and publish an official apology on TikTok. In her apology, talytokki expressed regret for any harm her posts might have caused NJZ, clarified that she did not speak negatively about any artists, and clarified that her relationship with NJZ is not as close as perceived.
