/Article

NJZ, a girl group consisting of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein, has responded officially to the Seoul Central District Court's injunction decision issued on March 21 KST. They acknowledged the court's ruling while expressing that the decision didn't fully address the loss of trust they experienced towards ADOR. The group highlighted the time constraints during the injunction proceedings and the unequal access to information compared to ADOR and HYBE. NJZ plans to challenge the ruling through the objection procedure to present additional legal matters and supporting evidence. They emphasized their commitment to fulfilling their obligations diligently and without fault until their contracts were terminated. NJZ revealed ongoing legal proceedings regarding the contract termination validity scheduled for April 3, which allows them to gather evidence freely. Despite the challenging situation, the group remains resilient and is dedicated to their fans and the legal process. The decision to participate in an upcoming event was made to respect their fans and stakeholders. NJZ seeks continued support during this journey.
