They filed a criminal complaint for sharing unauthorized content on Kim Soo Hyun in a state of undress during a live stream on the channel. Gold Medalist clarified that the photo was taken when both Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron were adults and involved in a romantic relationship. They stated that the image, which revealed a sensitive part of Kim Soo Hyun's body, should not have been made public. The agency denounced the act as a clear criminal offense and warned of legal actions if similar actions continue. The agency also warned of comprehensive legal measures to safeguard the reputation of their actor and the agency if false information continues to be spread by the late Kim Sae Ron's family and Garosero Research Institute. The dispute arose after Garosero Research Institute released a picture on March 15 showing Kim Soo Hyun in a T-shirt and underwear while doing dishes at Kim Sae Ron's home, claiming they received consent from her family before sharing the image.
