Media reports on March 20 KST revealed that Lee Soo Geun, Eun Ji Won, and Kyuhyun are set to travel to Kenya in May to film a special episode related to 'New Journey To The West'. The trio's visit to Kenya had been promised to viewers back in 2019 during season 7 of the show. Kyuhyun won a game and earned a trip to Kenya, along with his teammates Lee Soo Geun and Eun Ji Won, to stay at a "giraffe hotel".

After six years, Na Young Suk PD has finally arranged for the trio to go on the planned trip. The filming is scheduled to last about a week sometime in May. Fans are eagerly anticipating the return of Na Young Suk PD's popular show, 'New Journey To The West', which took a break after the 8th season in 2020.
