The court documents unveiled on March 19 in Los Angeles reveal incriminating wiretap recordings of Big U's conversations where he openly discusses violence and extortion. These recordings depict his refusal to retire from leading the gang and his aggressive demeanor towards rivals. The FBI's investigation into his alleged organization, the "Big U Enterprise," links him to serious crimes, including the murder of a rapper known as "R.W." for disrespecting him in a track. Additionally, there are claims of embezzling funds from his nonprofit organization meant to support anti-gang programs for youth. Big U's co-conspirators were apprehended, but he remains at large and is considered a fugitive from justice as of March 19.
