The upcoming emotional thriller movie 'LOST,' starring Lee Soo Hyuk and Ha Yoon Kyung, is scheduled for release this April. The movie has confirmed its premiere date and has generated excitement with the release of an intriguing first poster hinting at a captivating story and a unique genre combination.

'LOST' follows the journey of two individuals who are haunted by their families' past involvement in crimes — one is the son of a criminal and the other is the daughter of a victim. Both burdened by their families' wrongdoings, they embark on an unexpected journey together, rediscovering a genuine will to live.

Lee Soo Hyuk, known for his exceptional performances in popular dramas and films, portrays Tae Hwa, a clay shooting athlete who grapples with the repercussions of receiving a lung transplant from his criminal father. Lee is expected to display a wide range of emotions as he delves into the complex psychological struggles of his character.

Ha Yoon Kyung, recognized for her roles in various films and dramas, brings to life the character of Mi Ji, a woman who has lived as a victim carrying deep emotional scars from criminal involvement. Ha's nuanced acting is anticipated to showcase her impressive versatility.

'LOST' stands out as the first Korean film to explore the theme of hereditary guilt within the context of clay shooting. The movie presents a challenging moral dilemma: "What if you received an organ transplant from a criminal?" This morally complex premise is intricately integrated into the emotionally intense and suspenseful storyline of the film.

The movie was featured in the Korean Cinema section of the '24th Jeonju International Film Festival,' where it received praise for its unique depiction of guilt and suffering intertwined with criminal connections. Its immersive psychological depth and stylish direction attracted a large audience during the festival.

Director Kang Dong In, also the screenwriter, leads the film. Kang has previously been recognized for his work, winning awards for his short film 'Good Time.'

The title 'LOST' carries a dual significance, symbolizing the profound impact of life-altering events on the characters and the concept of rebirth from adversity.

With its innovative exploration of themes and genre-defying approach, 'LOST' promises to captivate audiences upon its release in April.
