SEOUL (Reuters) - SK On, a South Korean battery manufacturer, announced on Wednesday that it had secured a contract to supply batteries for Nissan Motor's electric vehicles in the United States.
According to a statement by SK On, the company is set to supply batteries for Nissan's upcoming electric vehicle models to be manufactured at Nissan's plant in Mississippi, USA. The supply agreement is scheduled to commence in 2028 and span a period of six years.
