Sullyoon from NMIXX recently took part in a photoshoot and interview with ELLE magazine, where she discussed the group’s latest comeback, her role as an MC, and her popular nickname, ‘General Sullyoon.’

During the interview, Sullyoon shared her focus on NMIXX’s fourth EP, ‘Fe3O4: FORWARD’, which was being prepared during the shoot. She highlighted the importance of their comeback and how they are working on showcasing their performance and song. The title track, ‘KNOW ABOUT ME,’ maintains their unique sound but has a more refined and restrained feel compared to their previous title songs, showing a more mature side of the group.

Having been an MC for ‘Show! Music Core’ for almost two years, Sullyoon expressed her excitement for the upcoming music show promotions. She mentioned that although music shows involve tough recording schedules and long waits, the joy of seeing their fans up close and feeling their support with lightsticks gives her strength.

Talking about her nickname, ‘General Sullyoon,’ she expressed her love for it and the desire for people, including her group members, to see her as a strong and reliable figure. She emphasized the importance of her members as a source of strength, providing confidence whether performing on stage or traveling abroad.

Following their comeback on March 17, NMIXX has been actively promoting their new album. The group is also gearing up for their second fan concert tour in Taipei and Hong Kong in April.
